Exploring the World Through Language


This dynamic class will take Grade 3 learners on exciting new adventures in the English language. Building upon their existing foundation, students will deepen their understanding and fluency through engaging lessons, creative projects, and collaborative activities. We’ll focus on:

  • Developing Reading and Writing Skills: Dive deeper into reading comprehension with longer stories, poems, and short articles. Enhance writing skills through creative writing exercises, descriptive writing, and simple report writing.

Daily Routines
This module introduces students to common English vocabulary and phrases related to daily routines. Through engaging activities, students will learn to: Identify and describe daily routines: (e.g., waking up, getting dressed, eating breakfast, going to school, playing, sleeping) Use basic time expressions: (e.g., in the morning, at night, after school, before bed) Form simple sentences: (e.g., "I wake up at 7:00 AM." "I eat breakfast after I brush my teeth.") Engage in simple conversations: (e.g., "What time do you go to bed?" "I go to bed at 9:00 PM.") This module will provide a solid foundation for future learning by introducing essential vocabulary and grammar structures within the familiar context of daily routines. Example Activities: Picture Cards: Matching pictures of daily activities with corresponding words or sentences. Timelines: Creating timelines of their own daily routines. Role-playing: Acting out different daily routines. Simple dialogues: Practicing short conversations about daily routines. Songs and Chants: Learning and singing songs about daily routines.
